What is your weekly restaurant drain maintenance program?

For $69.99/week, a licensed MetroKleen | MKMaintX plumbing technician visits your restaurant weekly to perform enzyme drain treatment on all kitchen floor drains, clean and inspect drain strainers, run drain flow tests, visually inspect your grease trap, and provide a written service report. The program covers up to 6 kitchen floor drains. Larger kitchens are quoted individually.

Do you provide grease trap (FOG) compliance services?

Yes. We provide grease trap inspection, monitoring, and pump-out coordination for Houston restaurants. We maintain full manifest documentation to satisfy the City of Houston's FOG (Fats, Oils, and Grease) ordinance and flag pump-out needs before you receive a citation.

Do you handle backflow preventer testing and certification?

Yes. The City of Houston requires annual backflow preventer testing for all commercial properties. MetroKleen | MKMaintX provides annual backflow testing and files the required reports with the Houston Public Works & Engineering (PWE) department on your behalf.
